summer produce.  Anyone with a Presto gauge dials on their presser
canner can bring their gauge to the market she will test it for pressure
accuracy.  She'll bring samples of food made from recipes using fresh
produce that is now available at the market and will answer questions on
the nutritional value and ways of preparing various fruits and
vegetables.
Expect a wide variety of freshly
picked vegetables and fruit, including watermelons and canteloupes,
honey and eggs and home-baked treats.
