The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission is asking for public comments about the impact of a potential rate hike that could raise homeowners' electricity rates as much as 25%. In addition to the event in South Bend, hearings will also he held in Fort Wayne on April 23 and in Muncie on April 25. Consumers also may submit written comments to the Office of Utility Consumer Counselor through April 25.
